How to change the Academic Year?

Login to the application, click on the Admin module and click on the Academic Year feature, choose the Academic year from the given list by click on the then edit it and set as active finally click on the save button. (Note: Current Academic Year must be shown Active).

How to Create a New Academic Year?

Login to the application, click on the Admin module and click on the Academic Year feature, click on the add button then the academic year and month will display automatically. Then edit the Date From and Date To from the calendar dialog box select the checkbox to activate the academic year finally click on the create button to save the created academic year.

How to do Student Promotion from one academic year to another?

Login to the application, click on the student module then click on the student promotion feature (the academic year must be in the future academic year) select the class, and choose the student promoted click on the Move Right (Icon is indicated by Right Arrow) click on the save button.

How to Remove a Student in the Current Academic Year?

Login to the application, click on the student module click on the student leaving feature click on the add button, choose a discontinued option, select the class student belongs, click on the get button to load the student and select the student, choose the received TC option then click on the save button.

Student attendance is not getting saved in the mobile app

Login the application, click on the student attendance module and click on the settings feature click on the attendance settings sub-feature then the settings must be saved and all the classes need to be mapped then click on the save button.

How to send bulk SMS for students by class wise?

Login to the application, click on the Communication module and click on the SMS feature, click on the general SMS click on the class, select the respective class and choose the classes then choose the appropriate template from the list and type your message content in the text area finally click send button. (Note: Use test SMS before you send SMS).

How to send SMS to Individual Students?

Login to the application, click on the communication module click on the SMS feature click on the general SMS sub-feature click on the student tab then select the respective class and choose classes select the students choose the appropriate template from the list and type your message in your text area finally click on the send button. (Note: Use text SMS before you send SMS).

How to send Bulk SMS for staff?

Login the application, click on the communication module and click on the SMS feature click on the general SMS sub feature click on the staff tab then choose the appropriate template from list then type your message in the text area finally click on the send button. (Note: Use text SMS before you send SMS).

How to send the Absentees SMS?

Login the application, click on the communication module click on the SMS feature and click on the send SMS sub feature then click on the attendance tab and select the classes then click on the get button click select all finally click SMS button.

How to send the Fee Defaulters SMS?

Login the application, click on the communication module click on the SMS feature and click on the send SMS sub feature click on the fee reminder tab select the term, head, class and choose due then click on the go button click select all then click on the SMS button.
